When a World Leader in manufacturing needed a large weight capacity pallet, to continue their international multi-billion dollar growth in operations, Granger Plastics provided a solution which many less capable Rotational Molders said was impossible to mold such a pallet to meet all of their demands.  Only Granger Plastics was capable and willing to design and produce a part that was capable of the specific requirements.  In this particular situation, the pallet is extremely large in size, measuring over 88" in both directions, and capable of holding in excess of 16,000 pound static loads.  All of this while being adapted to fit and operate on an extremely sophisticated conveyoring and sort line with World Class automation.  Granger Plastics was able to incorporate design features which allowed the extremely sophisticated system to function at higher efficiencies, thus increasing profits.
