Another "unfathomable" ability that Granger Plastics demonstrates is the ability to mold heavy wall polypropylene parts.  Many of those who are considered top experts in the Rotational Molding industry stated repeatedly that this could never be done, not at this level.  Granger Plastics not only grasped the challenged, but prevailed and successfully molds this heavy walled, polypropylene part on a regular basis.  

While holding tolerances that are much tighter than industry standards, Granger Plastics molds polypropylene at an unbelievable wall thickness.  Our customer required polypropylene to replace food grade stainless steel due to the abrasive conditions and temperatures the stainless steel could not handle.  Polypropylene not only outperforms the stainless steel, it is also a considerable cost reduction.
